ETF Ki Dukan: दोस्तों, आज मैं आपके लिए एक ऐसी स्टेटेजी लेकर आया हूं जिससे आप रोज ट्रेड भी कर सकते हैं, रिस्क कम से कम होगा, और मार्केट चाहे ऊपर जाए या नीचे, आपको कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा। तो चलिए जानते हैं इस स्टेटेजी के बारे में। इस स्टेटेजी को हम “ETF की दुकान” कहते हैं, और यह सचमुच एक दुकान की तरह काम करती है।
आपने कभी न कभी किराने की दुकान के बारे में सुना होगा, तो समझिए कि उस दुकान को चलाने के लिए आपको अलग-अलग सामान खरीदने पड़ते हैं, और उस सामान को कम कीमत में खरीदकर थोड़ा-थोड़ा मुनाफा कमाकर बेचना पड़ता है। ठीक उसी तरह हमारी “ETF की दुकान” काम करती है, जहां हम विभिन्न ETF में निवेश करते हैं और धीरे-धीरे मुनाफा कमाते हैं।
ETF क्या है?
ETF का Full Form होता है “Exchange Traded Fund”, और यह एक प्रकार का निवेश फंड है, जिसमें विभिन्न कंपनियों के स्टॉक्स को एक साथ जोड़ा जाता है, जैसे म्यूचुअल फंड में होता है। म्यूचुअल फंड में हम सीधे ट्रेड नहीं कर सकते, लेकिन ETF में हम जैसे अन्य स्टॉक्स की तरह ट्रेड कर सकते हैं।
Niftybees एक ETF है जो Nifty Index को ट्रैक करता है, और इसी तरह लगभग 165 ETF आपके लिए NSE पर उपलब्ध हैं।
ETF की Excel Sheet:
इसके लिए आपको NSE की वेबसाइट पर जाकर सारे ETF Funds की Excel Sheet डाउनलोड करनी होगी, या फिर आप मेरी बनाई हुई Google Sheet को भी नीचे दिए गए लिंक से कॉपी करके रख सकते हैं।
इसमें आपको NSE ETF कोड, ETF के बारे में जानकारी, CMP (Current Market Price), 52 Week High, और इसका प्रतिशत जैसे कॉलम रखने होंगे। बाकी कॉलम को डिलीट करें। इसमें आपको केवल उन ETF को रखना है जिनका Volume ज्यादा है और जो एक ही सेक्टर से संबंधित हैं।
असली स्टेटेजी कैसे काम करती है?
अब आपको Google Sheet मिल गई, तो असली काम शुरू होता है। आपको निम्नलिखित तरीके से अपनी ETF की दुकान सजानी है:
अगर आपने पहले दिन दो रैंक वाले ETF खरीद लिए हैं, तो अगले दिन आपको उस लिस्ट के नीचे वाले रैंक का ETF खरीदना होगा। अगर 10 में से कोई ETF आपकी शर्तों के अनुसार नहीं है, तो उस दिन खरीदारी नहीं करनी है।
हर दिन दोपहर को 2:30pm से 3:30pm के बीच, इस Google Sheet को देखें। यह Google Finance से जुड़ी है, इसलिए इसमें रियल टाइम अपडेट होते हैं।
इसमें आपको एक ऐसा ETF देखना है, जिसका CMP (Current Price) 52 Week Low से ऊपर चल रहा हो। इस प्रकार से Google Sheet में आपको 10 ETF दिखाई देंगे। जिनमें से जो सबसे ऊपर होगा, यानी सबसे कम प्रतिशत बढ़ा होगा, वही ETF आपको खरीदना है।
ध्यान रखें, एक दिन में सिर्फ एक ही ETF खरीदना है। अपनी पूंजी को 40 हिस्सों में बांट लें और निवेश शुरू करें। ऐसा ना हो कि आपकी पूंजी एक ही बार में खत्म हो जाए।
टार्गेट कितना होगा?
अब सबसे अहम सवाल, कब अपना प्रोफिट बुक करें? इसके लिए हम तीन टार्गेट तय करेंगे:
3.14%: अगर आपको जल्दी मुनाफा चाहिए तो, आप 3.14% का मुनाफा होने पर अपना प्रॉफिट बुक कर सकते हैं।
4.17%: यदि आप थोड़ा और समय लेकर मुनाफा चाहते हैं, तो आप 4.17% तक इंतजार कर सकते हैं।
6.28%: और यदि आप लंबे समय तक रुक सकते हैं, तो आप 6.28% के मुनाफे पर ETF बेच सकते हैं।
महत्वपूर्ण बातें (Rules)
